Children under 12 years old do not pay the accompanying registration fee.
The registration fee should be paid only after acceptance of the abstract, but not later than May 10, 2016.
The registration fee is not refundable if requested after May 10, 2016.
The online system for the registration fee payment (Visa/MasterCard credit cards only) is not anymore available.
We cannot accept payment at the conference.
We do not recommend the use of bank transfers. A bank transfer handling charge of Euro 50 will be added if you intend to pay by bank transfer.

For participants, each registration fee covers: special prices for accommodation (valid till March 10, 2016),
inclusion in the online book of abstracts, participation at all the presentations and coffee-breaks, conference kit, publication in proceedings (in case the full paper will be accepted after its peer-reviewing), excursion.
For accompanying persons, each registration fee covers: special prices for accommodation (valid till March 10, 2016), coffee-breaks and excursion.
All participants and their accompanying persons can take part in the Conference Dinner without any additional charge.
VERY IMPORTANT: Club Med requires that for participants (and their accompanying persons) with no overstay at Club Med Napitia,
the entrance at Club Med is allowed with daily Passes (Day Pass / Night Pass / Full Day Pass).
